These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Today's Blackjack (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the Terms.
1. What the App is
The App is for practicing blackjack basic strategy. The bankroll (points) in Play mode is a practice figure only and cannot be cashed out, refunded or transferred. The App does not provide gambling.
2. Accounts
Joining the ranking requires registration with an Apple or Google account. The nickname you enter is shown to other users. Names that offend others or impersonate the operator are not allowed.
3. Paid version
The paid version is a one-time purchase that unlocks a larger daily bankroll, all-time records and more. It can be bought through App Store in-app purchase or on this website. Refunds follow the rules of each store.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Manipulating records or the ranking with a modified app or other unfair means
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the App
5. Disclaimer
Win rates and expected values in the App are reference figures based on mathematical calculation and do not guarantee results at a real casino. The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes
The Terms may be changed as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
